Some questions you may have..........

Q.  What currency is the merchandise valued at on your web site?

The currency used on this site is Canadian.  The exchange rate currently is hovering around an additional 35 cents on each Canadian dollar.  For example, if an item on our site is $10.00 Canadian, it would cost roughly   $ 7.41 American. ($10.00 divided by $1.35).  Since money markets rates change constantly, it is impossible to have a set rate.  To get an idea what the exchange rate currently is, simply click on this link.  To go back to our site click the back button on your browser. 

The site you will be linked to is a web site that that gives you an idea what the daily exchange rate is.  To see exactly what the day rate is you would have to contact your Visa Credit Card company.

Q. How do I place my order?

1.    Orders can be processed online using our order forms.  It is a two step process.  Simply select
        items you would like to purchase then submit the form, an email will be sent back to you within
        twenty four hours indicating the cost of the order shipping, and providing you with a link to a
        secure section of our web site. We do have a new web site called www.golftipbooklets.com  if you are
        just ordering golf booklets you can place your orders at this new site we have just made.

2.    Orders may be phoned in using the toll free number 1-800-851-0061 or Lethbridge
        (and surrounding area) by using my cell number  892-4653.  If you reach our voice mail, simply leave a
        number where you would liked to be reached and we will back to you within three business hours.

3.    Email me with the list of products you would like to purchase and a phone number and time of
        day you would like to be contacted and I will contact you at your convenience!

4.    Simply email me with your request, I will reply to your email with a link to a secure page on our
        site where all the information needed to process the order can be recorded.

Q.  How do I know that my credit card number is safe? What do you mean by a secure page?

This is where you can enter your credit card information and be sure that no one can steal your
card number.  The company that provides security for Mulligans Golf is called Beanstream.  They are
associated the the Toronto Dominion Bank.  You know if a page is secure if the little lock on your
browser becomes active, that ensures no one can look at what you are doing.

Q.  Why a two step process for online orders?

This was done to try to reduce the shipping cost passed on to you.  If we stuck to a standardized
shipping policy, some people would be paying much more that others for shipping.  This way
shipping cost can be kept to a minimum.  To get an idea on shipping rates just follow the FAQ
guide (two questions down).  

Q.  Where are you located and do you ship to the United States?

       Mulligans Golf is located in Lethbridge Alberta Canada and yes we do ship to the United States! 
        Currently we ship by either Canada Post or UPS.

Q. How much does it cost to ship?

Depends where you live, for every $50.00 you spend (except golf clubs) you would pay on average the following rates per $50.00. We say on average due to the size and weight of the item being shipped; shipping fees could be a bit more or less depending on the size and weight of your order.  Your exact shipping costs will be identified in the email sent  to you finalizing your order. 

 The is based on ground rates via Canada Post. For overnight and two day express and courier please email (will be based on the weight of the order).

Golf clubs are based on a different rate system.  Depending on quantity and what you order will depend on the cost.  Email for more information.  Costs normally range from $25.00 to $35.00 to send a set of clubs anywhere in Canada or the United States.

Q. How much does it cost to ship to the United States?

Orders to the United States will be quoted a shipping price once the merchandise is chosen.  The rate system used above applies to Canadian customers only.   Normally, and extra $5.00  to $ 7.00 would be added to the the Time Zone you would fall under (see the chart above).

Q. Do I have to order a minimum amount of merchandise when placing an order?

You do, the minimum amount that has to be ordered is $20.00 Canadian (does not include shipping and handling).

Q. What are your return policies?

Any merchandise purchases from Mulligans Golf (does not include custom made golf clubs) may be returned.  The buyer of the merchandise has 30 days (from sales invoice date) to return the merchandise.   Postmarked date on package is sufficient.

Once the merchandise is returned (intact), the value of the merchandise (not original shipping) will be credited back to the buyer.  It is the buyers responsibility to pay the return shipping to Mulligans Golf.

Q. Do you charge a Good & Service Tax (GST)?

Mulligans Golf currently does charge GST to it's clients, but not PST!

Q. What are your methods of payment?

Mulligans golf accepts cash, certified cheques and credit cards. Mulligans Golf currently accepts

Q. If I want to use a credit card, how do I know it is safe to use on line? 

Currently we are  using an SSL (Secure Socket Layer).    Because we are currently  using an SSL credit card numbers can be processed through a secure page in our web site.
